| Had 8AM appointment for simple oil change. First appointment of the day; so no waiting. Or so I thought. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes. Tried to upsell tire rotation. I declined. Told me they were topping off fluids. Then charged me for it. I've never paid extra for fluid top-offs in 30 years. I could have had much faster, much cheaper service at any oil change franchise. |
